This speaker system is defenitly worth what you pay for it. however it is called a gaming speaker system. this is not what you want if you play halo, wolfenstien, or any other 1st person shooter they just can’t go loud enough without static coming out of them like crazy. i would recommend these for average person who doesn’t play many games.

I was extremely pleased on taking the advice of others who had reviewed this speaker system. It truly does deliver amazing sound for the price. It is completely night-and-day compared to my old computer’s speakers. wow – definitely very happy I bought these!

These speakers sounds excellent for the price. The bass is booming and the treble is very defined. I’ve listened to a variety of genres (from the deep bass of Three Six Mafia to the beats of Armin van Buuren and everywhere in between) on them, and they have performed admirably well. They give you the choice between RCA and 8th-inch “headphone” inputs, and they provide ample cabling to make either choice a snap on any setup.
I do have one gripe with the LED on the front. It’s SO bright that I had to cover it with a few layers of paper so that it wasn’t distracting on my desk. But hey, I can’t complain about something that’s “too bright.”
All that aside, I would buy these speakers elsewhere. I got mine for $40, shipped, which was a phenomenal deal.

I was hoping that the sound on this system wouldn’t be cheesy with just a little bit of bass and a little bit of treble, just enough to make me want more. But when it arrived and I hooked it up, the sound was incredible. I have it connected to my video game system selector and the XBOX 360 Start Up sounds nearly blew me away. (And no, it wasn’t turned all the way up.) It’s great for music and gives good bass for it, too. I think I may have been more impressed with the sound coming from my 360, though. The control unit is heavy and feels more expensive than this really is. The subwoofer is decently sized..not big enough to cause a space problem in your room but big enough to make your video games sound awesome. This is perfect for sitting by a computer or being set up in a bedroom. Five stars!
